Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we have a simple process for returns & exchanges. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in a damaged condition

All other requests — including dissatisfaction with the product or a change of mind — will not be eligible for a return. An exchange option will be available in such cases (see Exchange Policy below).

Please note that complaints will not be considered for natural characteristics of our handcrafted products, including:

  • Color or print variations in hand-block printed items
  • Non-uniformity, pulled threads, or knotted threads in handwoven fabric

These are inherent qualities of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and a package opening video as proof. Requests without video proof will not be entertained.
  • Once we receive your complaint, we will assess it and notify you of the return status.

3. Refunds

  • If your return request is approved, a refund will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval. 
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange the product, we offer an exchange in the form of a store coupon of the same order value
  • To be eligible, the exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. 
  • The coupon will be issued only after the product is received back by us in its original, unused condition and passes our quality check.
  • The coupon will be valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used against any future purchase.
  • Shipping charges for sending the product back are to be borne by the customer. We do not provide reverse pickup for exchange requests.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Conditions

The following items will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items with tags removed or original packaging altered

6. Exceptions: 

  • As a policy, we do not accept returns or complaints regarding natural variations such as color differences or print differences in hand-block printed items. These variations are inherent in the handmade process and should be considered as part of the product's uniqueness.
  • Similarly, we do not accept returns or complaints regarding non-uniformity, pulled threads, or knotted threads in handwoven fabric. These characteristics are a natural result of the handweaving process and reflect the authentic, artisanal nature of the product. They are not defects, but rather a testament to the craft and individuality of each piece.
